In a game, Winning is not important but it is how a player improves its skills of the game. A player must give 100% to its team in every match. Improvisation is primary skill a player must retained with his career. According to me, winning is a secondary part. Learn from every game, review yourself after every game, work on your mistake , learn from your opponents, visualize their play. These all must taken into consideration after the game for improvisation.
